Eligibility

Due to the unique nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item received is incorrect

  • The item has been materially misrepresented

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom commissions

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Restoration work

  • Special sourcing requests

  • Items clearly sold as one-of-a-kind

Damage
Claims

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims should include:

  • Photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the shipping label

 

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Refund
Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping charges, customs duties and third-party fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
