Tribulus ships within the UAE and selected international destinations.

Some products may be restricted to UAE delivery only due to species regulations, shipping restrictions or permit requirements.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–10 business days unless otherwise stated.

Custom commissions and made-to-order pieces will have separate timelines communicated during the ordering process.

Customers are responsible for confirming that an item may legally be imported into their country before placing an order.

Any permits, licences or approvals required by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.

International orders may be subject to:

We are not responsible for delays, confiscation, destruction or refusal of entry where local import regulations prevent shipment or ownership.

Where shipping insurance is included or selected, coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant courier or insurer.
