These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Tribulus, including products sold through our website, direct enquiry, invoice, or custom commission.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Product Nature
& Representation
Tribulus specialises in natural history items, preserved specimens, fossils, taxidermy, animal materials, custom models and related objects.
Many items are natural, preserved, restored, handcrafted, antique, or one-of-a-kind.
Due to their nature:

Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated

Product photographs are provided as accurately as possible but colours may vary between screens

Ethical
Sourcing
Tribulus is committed to responsible and ethical sourcing practices.
We do not knowingly sell illegally obtained wildlife products or unlawfully traded specimens.
Where applicable, specimens are sourced in accordance with relevant conservation and wildlife trade regulations.
Import
Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any purchased item may legally be imported, possessed, displayed or resold within their jurisdiction.

Orders &

If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded.
Custom
Commissions
Custom commissions, bespoke pieces, restoration work and made-to-order items are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Deposits may be non-refundable where materials have been sourced or production has begun.
Intellectual
Property
All website content, branding, photography, product descriptions, graphics, educational content and designs remain the intellectual property of Tribulus.
No content may be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
Limitation of
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tribulus shall not be liable for:

Nothing within these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing
Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
